I was pleasantly surprised when I first received this log carrying bag. It is nothing but heavy duty construction and physically very large. The fabric of the bag is double layered and sewn together. The straps wrap all around the under side of the bag which should provide strength. The bag measures 24.5" along the bottom and 19.5" from bottom center to top of bag (not counting straps). The Straps are heavy duty and generously sewn to bag fabric. The ends of the bag are open so a 24.5" log would be enclosed wthn the bag, however you can carry longer logs but they would stick out the ends. As a bonus, this bag is made in the USA. If you are considering a log carrying bag, you will not be disappointed if you choose this one.

I bought this log carrier back in February as a birthday gift for my wife. Hey, it's way better than a mop! It's so nice, in fact, that I'm still sleeping indoors rather than out in the dog house. We both love it. It's stout enough to support hauling logs from the woods to your rustic cabin yet stylish enough to adorn the hearth of your trophy home. It's very well made, plenty large enough, but not too floppy large, durable and yet supple and soft on the hands. What more can I say? No regrets. Spend the few more dollars and support a family business. You may even receive a hand-written thank you note from the maker! Very classy...

I have arthritis in my hands and knees and was concerned about how much I could easily carry, as it’s been pretty cold out this winter -the fewer trips outside, the better for me. I was pleasantly surprised by the sturdy handles and ease in loading the fire wood into the carrier. I carried more wood than I thought was possible. There was no jostling of the wood, so no mishaps. The carrier kept everything steady. I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend this product to others.

The design is simple yet very effective. The log debris does not stay trapped in the bag, and the bag handles quite a load with no problem. The handles are sturdy and wrap around the heavy canvas so there is no worry of the handles falling off as in a cheaper product. The beige color is nice and blends well with our cedar siding. The best part: made in the USA!!! I will be purchasing another for our other fireplace...

This is heavy duty. I love that this carrier is large enough to carry lots of wood. I debated open vs closed bottom carriers. I'm glad I went this route because the carrier fits nicely in my wood rack by the fire, and when empty I take it outside and flip any remaining debris easily out. I also like the color...not gaudy. I anticipate years of sturdy use from this product.

The log carrier itself is made of thick durable canvas and can carry up to 7-8 split logs at a time and includes the now rarely seen MADE IN USA tag stitched into the carrier. Most impressive was the personalized HANDWRITTEN thank you note I received after my purchase. Never expected such a courteous gesture.

I just received this in the mail today so I haven't used it yet. However, I can already tell that this carrier will last for years. The handles are extremely strong. The stitching is done right. Even the material that the holder is made of seems like a strong canvas. I can't wait to use it! Don't cheap out on a wood carrier. This is a quality product!!!
