Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk, chocolate liquor, soy lecithin, artificial flavor. It notes that it is made in a facility that also processes peanuts and tree nuts. Manufactured in Woodridge, Illinois.

It wasn't milk or dark. It was like semi-sweet chocolate.

Q: What kind of oil if needed for chocolate?

No oil is needed at all, thank you

Q: How much chocolate do you recommend buying for a wedding inviting 150 people? Also do the regular Wilton melting wafers work?

We purchased 2 bags for 65 people. But more than 1/3 were children. The melting wafers I purchase online worked perfectly. I always use the regular Wilton melting wafers for making treats and never had a problem. But I did not use the regular one in the fondue yet!
