Crrrrrap!
Unless your puppy is considerately only voiding their bladder in 1/2 Oz quantities, these are utterly useless! I'm not even using them for dog pee. I put them under my plants to catch some of the excess run-off water and they consistently fail to absorb even small amounts of water. If the water falls onto it too fast, because it's so thin and has no absorbency, that the liquid just rolls around the top of it and spreads out. If it had something other than a plastic backing with a thickness of less than a cotton pad, that might actually be useful, but it doesn't. Find a different brand, this one is going to bring you heartache and a mess to clean.
