I went against my better judgement and ordered this after reading the other negative review. This doll arrived rattling around loose in the box. The guitar was also rattling around loose. Her boots were off and rolling around. She smells musty, and her legs are covered in dust. She has clearly been on display. I would NOT call that "new in box." I have never received anything in such a condition when ordering through Amazon.

Bought this for my niece who just started taking guitar lessons and she loved it. Came in a nice box and everything was intact. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Absolutely RIDICULOUS! Supposed to be brand new in box. However, when it arrived I could hear the parts clunking around in the box. When I took the cover off, it had no protective plastic covering and the hat and guitar were loose and flopping around and her hair was disheveled. NOT EVEN REMOTELY in brand new condition! Very disappointing because this was a V-Day gift for my wife, who has a vast Barbie collection... this one is basically worthless.
