Q: Would i be able to use this inside a van conversion?

Yes, without a doubt. There are a lot of people who know very, very little about propane and the heaters and stoves that use it. They feel the need to be everyones "nanny" and save everyone from themselves. The fact is that propane burns very cleanly with no discernible carbon monoxide produced and oxygen starvation simply a rumour, "somebody knew somebody who once knew somebody who did something with propane and they died......." nonsense. That being said, if you use propane indoors as a cooking fuel or as heat you need to also mount a CO detector and an oxygen depletion alarm just so your mommy doesn't piss her pants when she hears about what you're doing. BTW, it is a good idea to have some serious ventilation going on in vans and campers just for mold suppression as well as general air circulation and air recycling. The small space needs air movement just for general purposes.

Q: Is the hose sold separately or is there a propane connection already attached to the oven?

The hose to connect the unit to a 'grill' type bulk tank is sold separately. You can run it off the small propane canisters- about a 2 hrs time. The hose assy is under $30.00 so I would recommend going that route. I have the hose and the tank and it works great!

Q: Can be used in doors?

The only problem I see using it indoors is the propane bottle if you use a 20lb tank. The fumes would be a problem.
