I've been working shift work for over 20 years and I've developed a sleeping problem. So I decided to quit drinking anything with caffeine.... including coffee!I mix with one bottle of water and drink before starting my work day whatever time that may be. It keeps me focused and alert way past my shift. Best of all... no crash!I just wish MTN OPS made a variety pack. So you wouldn't have to drink the same thing every day.I did go to their website and ordered samples of every flavor.All tasted great but the Green Apple. It was a little too tart for me.

When I use the product I feel a gentle energy increase. I used it last week at the end of a work day when I had 3 hour drive I was about to go on and it gave me the energy I needed so I wasn't sleepy while I was driving, and it doesn't have the effect of causing headaches if you don't use it the next day.

Packets are convenient for the trail. Great taste! I ordered additional flavors through Mountain Ops. Both my husband and I are very satisfied with their products.
