For a mass produced chocolate bar, these are excellent. They are better than anything made by Ghirardelli, Godiva, or Lindt, and have a good balance of sweetness and potent chocolate flavor. While sometimes incorporating fruit in chocolate is interesting, these will appeal to anyone who truly appreciates good, pure chocolate.The texture is very smooth, and the melting point is spot on -- for a flash of chocolate flavor you can crush a piece between your teeth, or if you prefer to let it linger it will melt in your mouth at just the right speed. To get a better bar you would need to buy from a small batch artisan chocolatier, preferably one that sources cacao beans from Hawaii.

This is our favorite chocolate, and I ordered several boxes. Three came together, and were perfect. And then a single box came with “All D Deals” as the return address. The box was beat up, and most of the bars had a big chunk taken out! Chocolate clearly gnawed-at, damaged, and disgusting.

The chocolate bars are great; my favorite brand for years. The manufacturer's individual bar wrapping is fine. The problem is the vendor/packer: instead of 2 (manufacture's) boxes of 12 bars to the box, all the individual bars were put in a shipping box. Which means the individual bars were handled by the packer. (Hope they were using COVID19 PPE? ) And half the tape used to seal the box didn't stick to the box. Plus I was planning to use one box of 12 as a gift, and now have to find a suitable box. In past, orders of this item have been shipped as 2 separate manufacture's display boxes wrapped in bubblewrap , shrinkwrapped and shipped with additional protective packing. materials. Amazon and their vendors are increasingly skimping on packing and I am getting really tired of it.

My brother-in-law, loves dark chocolate. I found this and purchased for part of his gift. He called me to say he really enjoyed it.

Great service, great taste at a great price.Update: oh no! The price has gone up since I ordered and just noticed it's gone up again. May need to find a new favorite.

These are usually very good. My last order came melted by the unusually high Temps here in Arkansas. That's the only time I've had a problem.
