Expert Lamps -BENQ HT2050 Replacement Lamp and Housing Assembly with Genuine Original Osram P-VIP Bulb Inside

I paid $135 for it the first time and it lasted a little more than 1 year, not a great value. It's now $75, which is worth the wager in my opinion so I'm buying again. Would be great if it lasted 2 years at least but I won't be offended if it stops at one year at that price.

After the original bulb exploded inside the projector I was without movie and gaming experience for almost 3 months. After ordering the replacement bulb I had to remove the projector from its base, which was no easy task. After finding a small enough screwdriver, I was able to open the bay compartment for the bulb. After removing the fragments of exploded bulb, I was able to plug in the new bulb, which fit right in. Since then, I have been enjoying my movies and games with my family and am very happy with the product.

My bulb had blown only seen 1 reveiw on this took a chance 3 small srews on my benq ht2050a installed it not hard at all and bam im back beautiful pic again watching 3d movies great bulb well worth it bring your benq 2050 projector back with this trust me you will be satisfied

We ordered this awhile ago and finally installed it after our current bulb got a bit dim. When we turned on the projector, there was a very noticeable dramatic purple cast over portions of the screen. We tried adjusting all the projector settings to see if anything would make it better but nothing worked. We ended up putting our dim bulb back into the projector since it was better than this bulb.

Purchase this item back in April lasted till December so only good for 8 months
