Always (A Roger & Steve Gay Teen Mystery)

It took me two nights to read this book. The story is very current and left me with a lot of things to think about. I think that I have read over thirty books from this writer. This offering is easily one of the best. Most of the primary characters are vividly described and easy to picture. The sex is much more graphic than in some earlier efforts from this author. Roger and Steve seamlessly are boys one minute and young adults the next and back again. I thinks this demonstrates excellent writing skill on behalf of the writer. The editing on this book is very good. Give this one a read.

This third book in the series is the least satisfying. While it continues the development of the relationship between the main characters, the plot is especially contrived and the list of groups the author attacks has expanded. It is worth reading for those who read the first two books. Don't start with this one, though.
