I'm a hiker and it was getting embarrassing to hold up my group because I had to stop to pee every mile on 8-10 mile hikes. So embarrassing that I began hiking solo.Since using these for about two years now, I go every few hours. I prefer the patch rather than oral medication as this doesn't clear through kidneys or liver, so safer. I swab area with rubbing alcohol first, then apply patch. It stays on thru shower and in hot tub.

They helped stop my need to go to the bathroom every 2 hours. Now I only need to go 3-6, usually 4 hours. My urologist was so happy they work. They really stay on in the shower.
