Finding a balance of herbs, especially a mix that needs to enhance flavours and not just make food taste 'herby', is never easy. SO when we discovered this mixture and found, at last, a really good balance of herbs and flavours, at such a low price, heaven.The amount of different herbs in this mix is all about getting it right, not just to bung a load of herbs together and hope for the best. Both my wife and I were surprised and delighted to discover a mix of Italian herbs that are perfect for our regular Italian dishes. The herbs give off a distinct flavour (and aroma) that just says 'perfecto'.Surely at this price, this is a no-brainer.

These are great herbs. Very flavourful (I was concerned they may be tasteless as some dried herbs can be) and nice balance of herbs so that one flavour does not dominate. I've decanted a small amount to a glass jar for the pantry and hope the remainder will keep fresh until use as it is a rather large bag!I've used these to enhance stews, gravys, sauces and dressings to great effect (Raw plant-based cuisine).

Really flavourful, much better than expected. You could fit loads more in the size bag that it comes in which makes it slightly wasteful on the plastic front. But it’s a good product.

I ordered these without thinking of the amount in the bag. I laughed when I got them and realised how much 250g was. The herbs are fine, very good quality and my daughter and daughter-in-law have enjoyed sharing them with me!!

Very pleased with the 🌿 a lot more than I expected so will last a while, much cheaper buying it this way as in shop quite expensive for a small amount

Happy with just as described, a lot bigger then i expected but that's fine use it in nearly all my meals anyway long shelf life as well which is great

Use the herbs and oregano in many recipes. Can you them for flavouring food instead of salt and pepper. Good value packs.

Not sure how to assess thickness. But I tried both Monopoly and Trivial Pursuit, and believe me, bloody thick is only halfway there.
