This book gives a clear explanation as to how the God of the Holy Bible is our Creator as well the book makes a clear analysis debunking the evolution process. A must read for all those Christians on the fence

This is a very thorough presentation of the evidence. In fact, it is too thorough for a casual seeker of the truth. They may not get through the whole thing, as excellent as it is. Perhaps for a casual seeker I would recommend the smaller and more condensed "More Than a Carpenter" by Josh and Sean McDowell. After reading McDowell and seeing the evidence behind Christianity, they may consider the more thorough "Examine the Evidence." "Examine the Evidence" can be very helpful for the believer to understand that their faith is not a blind faith but one based solidly on well-documented evidence and enable them to be better able to withstand the doubt darts thrown by the enemy or those following him. "Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect," [1 Peter 3:15]

First, I had ordered a used copy and the book I received was like new. Second, this book has fascinating information about the bible, old and new testaments both. I found the information contains so many details but is easy to understand. This book is excellent for just general information, or to use for bible studies or classes. There is endless information in this book that readers have access to. Readers can choose to read this book or cover to cover and just target particular chapters, depending on their interest. The author gives a wonderful overview of the book and how it can be used and enjoyed by anyone reading it. I highly recommend this book for anyone interested in learning about the bible.

This book has much more inforamation than A Skeptic's Search for God, he goes into much more depth and covers more material. A very good resource. Ralph Muncaster presents the material in a logical, rational way. He gives facts and evidence based on historical records from Biblical and non-Biblical sources, as well as archeological findings. He also discusses logical reasoning, soft & hard evidence, or proof, along with the different religions of the world. His presentation of the materials makes one think seriously about what one believes.

The writer is great

The case for Christ is unfortunately not a simple one. However, I feel this book does a fair job at explaining in the simplest terms possible the various points that cover everything from Old Testament prophecy, ancient history, archaeology, and biology that make up the case for the undeniable truth that Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior.Still, this book does require a great bit of intellect to comprehend. For example, the book describes (very well) the differences between micro-evolution and macro-evolution and why there is imperical data to support one and not the other. By the way, this book reconciled evolution and creation for me in ways many other books could not. This alone made it worth my while to read. However, there are many other points that are made as brilliantly well.The book is broken up into 40 chapters and is formatted in a way that makes it possible to use in a group study. However, the chapters are a bit long to, say, read 5 a week for an 8 week study. That said, I'm still going to encourage my small group to use it for a study. The case is an important one to understand, so hopefully we'll be up to the challenge so as to share this information with others in an evangelical manner.My advice is to read the first chapter. You'll either put it down right away (like the other reviewer) or be compelled to read on. Either way, all Christians should know why it is that we can trust the Bible better than any other source of information on this planet!
