The label says: inverted cane sugar, water, dutched cocoa, chocolate, sea salt, natural flavor, natural vanilla. Contains less than 0.1% potassium sorbate ( a white salt that ensures shelf stability of our natural ingredients ).

Q: Can I use this to drizzle on top of frosted cupcakes?

It is a sauce and it would not harden if that’s you want for the cupcakes.

Q: Does this require refrigeration?

Hi. The bottle does not say so specifically one way or the other. I have not refrigerated mine and have not had any issues. My local coffee shop uses these and I have seen them on the counters (unrefrigerated). Good Luck.
