Pleasantly surprised! Did not upset my stomach at all, and was still so yummy without the garlic or onion. Nice little hint of heat from the jalapeños, but nothing crazy. Not too chunky, either. Wish I could buy this in stores

My son had to go on low fodmap diet so it was nice to find this product. A bit expensive

This is very tasty salsa for those of us who thought we’d never eat salsa from a jar again! I can’t always make my own (and honestly don’t really want to), so finding this product was so exciting! It was packaged carefully, and arrived safely and quickly. I immediately ordered more when I realized my husband was eating it all. 😬 The only thing I will say negative is the price point; it’s very expensive compared to most jarred salsas and it always feel unfair to me to have to pay more because of food allergies/intolerances. I know it can’t really cost that much more to make than organic salsas currently on the market for half the price of this one. How about it FODY, can you lower the price a bit?!

We love Fody’s but so hard to find at retail . Second time we have ordered from Amazon and second time the jars arrived broken .

It is good and doesn't make me sick. However, I do feel that Fody takes unfair advantage of us ibs sufferers. The prices are ridiculous. Unfortunately, i only allow myself to buy it very occasionally because it is a big splurge. It shouldn't be this expensive because it leaves out a few ingredients that ibs sufferers need to avoid like onions and garlic. It doesnt vost more to leave stuff out. I can underatand a little price hike for the appreciation of them making good products for us, but these prices are more like price gouging for gas during a hurricane. It is good stuff, but I resent being fleeced, so I won't buy often.

Usually when you have to go on a special diet, the food tastes really bad. This brand of food and this salsa is tasty. I use it on fish tacos and could use it on other foods. It has helped me adjust to my new food plan and thinking about what to eat. I am sure I will buy more.

I usually make my own salsa that is "FODMAP-friendly", but it's nice to have a shelf-stable option available for salsa emergencies! This salsa has a good flavor for a jar salsa and it hits the salsa spot. I'm posting a 5-star review for this product to counter-act the previous 1-star review (based upon the commenter's misunderstanding of information provided by the seller--see the Q & A section above). Despite what the below comment says, this salsa does not contain onion or garlic. It has natural garlic and onion extracts and the salsa is tested and certified low FODMAP by MONASH University in Australia. That's good enough for me. The seller was very responsive to my question re: product ingredients. The order arrived in 3 days, that's almost as good as Prime shipping.
