when I received the first one, I fell in love with it and immediately ordered the second one for my sister. Since then I ordered 6 as gift and everyone loved it.It is a masterpiece of old epic Shahnameh combined with a detailed and amazing art of pop-up!It worth much more than the price that is offered here.I would have given 10 star if I could.Thank you for such an amazing work!

I saw the ad on Instagram, as a Persian I felt the need to get this collectible item, as a skeptic of online shopping, I got one just to check the quality, got it in 2 days w/ free shipping (not prime member) the book exceeded my expectation and the level of attention to detail and artistry is beyond describing. Most pages have extra siding that opens and surprises you with yet another spectacular design & art. I'd highly recommend getting this collectible item and mesmerize your eyes on this perfection. I'd love more books from this author, artist. P.S, I bought 3 more as gifts for others.AY from Chicago

This is one of those books you cannot get on Kindle. Every page is a work of art, full of pop-up discoveries that unfold with the story...most pages have more than one reveal. I haven't read or heard of this fable/myth before so was excited to find out more. It definitely feeds my inner child! At the same time, the paper art is fairly intricate, so I wouldn't give it to a young child.

I received this book today, almost one year after I ordered it . Well, it was definitely worth the wait and I just bought another one for my brother. Stunning details. I can't stop opening it and looking at every single detail and discover something new each time. My kids (12 and 8) are in awe. The only thing I would have done differently would have been the calligraphy on the back of the book which uses an Arabic style of calligraphy instead of a Persian style of calligraphy. Thank you for making such an amazing book!

I am reading Shahnameh - The Persian Book of Kings through an on-line book club and someone posted that this book was available. It appeared to be a colorful pop-up edition of one of the stories in the Shahnameh so I ordered it. I am amazed at the intricate artwork and how the pop-ups make the story come alive for me! It is truly a beautiful work of art, probably the most interestiing and unique book in my extensive library. I will treasure it!

This book is amazing!! I cannot put into words the astonishing craftsmanship and the talent put into making this amazing piece. I have already purchased 4 and will be buying more as gifts. I actually bought this book last year in June and it was finally released in October 2018, it was worth the wait!! And just as beautiful as I imagined it. It is mindblowing how inexpensive they are selling it, please raise the price!! I will happily pay more. Thank you for your service to our culture.

I bought this after the book “Arash the Archer”, because Zahhak is briefly mentioned in it and my child was curious about the evil king who was kissed by the devil “Ahriman” and the shoulders and had two snakes grow from where the devil had kissed him.This is a wonderful narration and beautiful work of art. A few parts were folded onto itself (For example the head of the ox mace), but overall it’s beautiful.
