Absolute BEST
I bought this back in May of 2018.I’ve had to recharge it two, maybe three times. My 2001 dodge 1 ton dually was so dead it wouldn’t even click or light a tiny dim light. (The ignition has gone bad so if I’m not careful the truck will sit a couple weeks with the ignition turned back on “accessory.”)I went to the garage and grabbed this bad boy and put it to the test. The truck started right up as if the batteries were fully charged. I literally sit here in my truck writing this review, still stunned. Which is why I’m taking the time to do the review.NO REGRETS, not one…

This thing works - First time Every time!
Was extremely surprised on how well this little thing was able to start my 2006 V8 Cadillac from completely dead. Did not even struggle. I believe I read somewhere that this thing can hold up to 30 jumps on 1 full charge. I was able to get 5 with NO PROBLEM...and then recharged because I was nervous to end up somewhere and not be able to restart. All in all completely impressed...Compact - Just throw it in your glove box or trunk, and feel secure that if you ever need a jump, this little giant will get you going.

iPhone 6sPlus fully charged ;-)
ok, so i'll start by saying THE SAME THING everybody else has said, "I doubted this little box will pull my big 350 on my 1999 Suburban 4x4". Notice I said "DOUBTED". I got it in when they said it would be arriving. Nobody here had jumper cables and the ones that did were scared to jump me because their cars were all small, and if they jumped me, most likely id fry their battery in the process. So, I ordered this "little box". I figured what the heck I have to lose? if it didn't work, call Amazon and they'd send a UPS man to pick it up and get a refund. I charged it the second I opened it. It didn't take long as it had arrived 75% charged already, but I didn't want NO excuses why it wouldn't work, so it was left to charge. Once charged to 100%, I went outside and followed the instructions, which honestly, common sense would tell you what needed to be done. Its truly a nobrainer. So once connected, and the green light was "a go", the moment of truth was upon me, LOL.Boom..............1st turn, and my beast was roaring. WOW!! Even my sister was outside waiting for it to fail so she could say "I told you it was a P.o.S." Even her mouth dropped. We had never used something so small to jump a vehicle, much less a full size SUV. As if this wasn't enough, the truck died out. So I had to go back and reconnect and rejump. I did this 4 times, and finally gave up and went and got my boat battery (marine grade) and put it into the truck. I figured the original battery was toast anyways because the truck had been sitting for almost 2 weeks dead. Guess what ya'll. THAT battery was discharged as well. Jumped it, and boom!! fired right up. This time, the truck idled smoothly. 5 times in under 1 hour. I checked the meter to check and see how much juice was used and left on the box.....75%. Ironic considering that's what I had left was what I started with. If you folks have ANY doubts, don't!!p.s.I also charged my iPhone 6sPlus :-)

Bad post clamps
It's a great jumper BUT, only used a few time and the post clamps broke? I would love to just be able to buy new clamps but can't get ahold of anyone????

Worked well and good bang for the buck.
This unit easily started a 8.0L Viper engine which had a battery reading 5.2 volts after storage for 8 months. The battery had a tender on it, but had failed completely. I was pleasantly surprised that the unit worked as well as it did. Even more, when I plugged the unit in to top off the charge, it still had all 4 lights of charge lit up. That was probably a little deceiving so I topped it off for an hour or so. I am quite satisfied with this product.

Was surprised at first, but....
If you have something with a low battery this works great. If you have something with a dead battery, good luck. For a 2000a box this thing should start pretty much anything with a dead battery, but it wont. The smart cables are over active and shut it down every 30 seconds or so, or if it feels that you are overloading the unit. I had good luck starting a 4 cyl car several times, but this past weekend I tried to start a 5.2l gas truck with a dead battery and it took 2 people and several attempts. The main issue was that the booster wouldn't stay on long enough to get the vehicle to start. I would turn the unit on it would click ok (green light) then I had to walk around and use the key in the door to shut off the security system then reach in to start the truck, but buy the time I did those few steps the booster would shut off and would have to start the process all over again. I had to get an extra person to turn the unit on while I was at the ready to turn off the security and start the truck, even then the first few tries the booster shut off after only a few seconds of cranking. Again for a "2000a" unit it should be able to start something like this even with out a battery in the truck. The smart cables that come with this are very short and the connector is bulky. The led light is not bright. It works if it the only thing you have. I'm not reaching for it if I need a light.Update / would not start a coworkers 4cyl car today. Its to late to return it, so I'm just SOL.
