I didn’t feel any different taking this, but I feel a HUGE difference when I take magnesium glycinate. Methyl-Life advertises this product as the most absorbable form of magnesium. NOT TRUE. Magnesium glycinate is the most absorbable form. Don’t lie.

Works a lot more effectively than other brands I've tried, helps me sleep soundly through the night.

Great way to get your body to absorb calcium. Bit pricy but worth it.
