Q: is this pre-moist or need to use polish remover? Not sure since it's called nail wipes, I assumed it contains the remover. Help!

This product does NOT contain remover. These are dry squares. You apply your remover to each square and then rub onto your nails in order to remove the polish. I find them easier to use than cotton balls or tissue. I love them.

Q: Help! I just got my box ,went to use them, with polish remover and it did absolutely nothing! What is wrong?

I use OPI remover also. You have to soak the little square and rub it in. It could be your remover or the type of polish you are using.

Q: Does this mean you get six boxes for a total of 2850 wipes?

No, one box of 475 wipes. The six count is for the Brilliance Blocks, which are nail buffers. Hope this helps.
