Range is bad, Battery backup is bad. Go for Baofeng at the same price. I bought Xiaomi which is next level radio with features such as handsfree , fm , rechargable battery bluetooth , location etc.This product sucks

This is bsolutely fun. I got the 2 pack walkie talkies and it works flawlessly. To be noted is that the batteries must be of good brands like duracell or energizer etc because lightweight batteries like Ever ready and others will last only for 1 minute. I have installed duracells and it's working for quite a long bit.

Genuine and sturdy but Range is hardly 700 metres in semi urban areas and the battery drains fast.

As specified in the specification of the device that it will work around 21km but it dont even work with in 500 meters

This Walkie Talkie does not work on rechargeable batteries...very disappointing. I called Motorola, they also acknowledged that this device does not work on rechargeable batteries only on fresh AAA Alkaline batteries. The range is NOT 16 miles...that's a flat lie. It works well within 1/2 km at most.Overall not worth it, this product drains battery, not as advertised.

I bought these for a backpacking trip to help with communication between groups. We tested their range on the highway on flat unobstructed straight lines before and only got about 500 meters before the signal was too weak. So they were 100% useless up on the trails. That's likely why they're cheap. I read other reviews saying the range was great, but I couldn't replicate those results.

The product is great. It's the lowest end model of Motorola walkie talkie. For $10-20 more bucks you get more range with a T20x. Bought this for my kid and it's good for 2-3 block radius in a neighborhood of houses but he plays outside that range so I need better performance.

They have a really good range on them, are small, clear sound and aren't super expensive so don't mind son and his friend using them. Well worth it.

I got these so that my fiancee and I could communicate with each other in separate cars moving to a new city. They worked great. Good sound quality, easy to use. I used the included clip to clip it to the seat belt and I was able to easily provide directions and keep up with when we needed to stop. We drove about 6 hours and these lasted the whole trip! I put batteries in when I got them and we tested them about 2 days before we left. We were driving through desert in the middle of the night and through city in the very early morning. I'm very pleased with these and would recommend!
