Had to turn it around
The pillow didnt work when I put my face on top of the upper side as it was too high. When I turned it around, so that the little top cushion was at the bottom on top of my face insert, that seemed to work well.

Falls through the hole
If you have a large electric treatment bed, the holes tend to be larger than a portable one. With this in mind, the face cushion will just fall straight through it as you lift your head. Can become very annoying.
