There is nothing, nothing, nothing good about this item. Total rip offs. No size and i dont even recommend for kids.This item should be removed from amazon as it has no value. No more to say about it.

Absolute rubbish does not mould to shape of gums teeth

This is a nice mouth guard but you may find it not comfortable depending on your size of teeth though. But I felt its abit slack but not too bad.

It was not suitable for my mouth and teeth.I did not find it very useful.Falling out of my mouth.The material is not good.It has a white box to store it.I think the fee is a bit expensive.

Greta mouth guard for nighttime! If you’re like me and like to grind your teeth during the night without realising, this really helps! Just stops you ending up with aching teeth and keep them straight if you’ve had the straightened or can notice they’re started to go wonky. Arrived in a nice retial box with clear instructions for use! Really pleased :)

The media could not be loaded.  I suffer from night time teeth grinding which causes jaw pain. I have had a night guard made by my dentist but it was starting to look a little tired and thought while I waited to see dentist this might make an alternative option.I followed the instructions carefully, I assembled my mirror, boiling water and a timer on my phone. Let the water cool for 3 mins, hold the piece attached to mouth guard and held it under the water for 15secs. Shake of excess water and insert into mouth straightaway. Close teeth without clenching too hard, close mouth tightly and suck in all the air in order to make the bite adhere more tightly to upper arch. I did all this and when minute was up, opened my mouth and the guard fell out.So I tried again, followed the above steps and sucked in more which only resulted in my cheeks being sucked into the guard causing pain and marks on cheeks. After all this again it feel out.My honest opinion wait for the dentist and get a custom made guard fitted which will cost £30-35 and avoid wasting the money on this poorly designed item. It doesn’t work and could end up causing more harm than good.

I suffer terribly with grinding my teeth, to the point of actually breaking teeth in my sleep.I have tried several different mouth guards, but have never lasted long with them as they feel so uncomfortable in the mouth.This one is fantastic.Warm it as described and then put in the mouth and suck to remove any air trapped between the guard and the teeth. DO NOT bite down hard and leave it for a minute or two.It is now moulded to your teeth.I put it in on an evening and do not feel like I have anything in my mouth.I have a good nights sleep and have not been woken up by the sound of cracking, which can only be good news for my teeth.Would highly recommend this product

My husband was a bit apprehensive about this product before using it, he needn’t have been. He followed the clear instructions and it set to the shape of his mouth on the first attempt. He’s used it now every night since and although it felt weird at first it was never uncomfortable and it stays in place all night. He now wakes up with less jaw ache and seems to have slept better too. He’d been looking for something to help stop him grinding his teeth while sleeping and this has done the trick. Great product with good instructions and does as it says it does. Good value, especially as you can’t put a price on saving your teeth, a good night’s sleep, or less neck and jaw pain!
