KlusonSD90SLN Tuners, 3 Per Side, Gibson Style, Nickel/Pearl

Silky smooth tuning. Dropped right into my 2020 Epiphone ES-335 Pro. Love the vintage look and the off white color is so much nicer than the green one that came on my epi. Major upgrade in quality!

These are very nicely made for the cost. Use caution, though. They are listed as 3/8" bushings but are actually 11/32". They mention that you need a bushing adapter to use with modern (10mm) peg holes but mine are true 3/8" (9.2mm) and still the bushings are too loose.Edit - I was contacted bu the seller who offered a partial refund though I declined as they work very well. This led me to change my 4-star review to 5 stars.

Bought these to replace the green tuners on my 2018 Epiphone 335-Pro. The tuners and the bushing that they came with fit perfectly with zero mods or additional "conversion bushings", all the mounting holes lined up with the originals, no need to drill Very happy with the look and functionality of these tuners. Took less than 10 minutes to do the swap.

I ordered these to replace the stock tuners on my new Epiphone ES-335 PRO, which were a bit lacking in smoothness. I did have to replace the existing bushings with the bigger ones that came with the Klusons. No problem with the existing screw holes, and had them switched over within about 30 minutes. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! These turn smooth and effortlessly and now my tuning is rock solid and stable. I also love the nice pearly cream-ish keystone peg color of the Klusons, as opposed to puke-green ones that the guitar came with (YUCK!). These look more like an aged Mother of Pearl color (just a hint of green) and exhibit some pearly texture as well. Now my Epi is the talk of the town, and I'm very pleased with these tuners, and a good value for the $$. I highly recommend these if you have an idea to replace the stock tuners on your Epiphone ES-335 PRO - - great upgrade!!

I broke one of my original tuners on my Gibson SG and bought these Kluson tuners to replace it. The description said these Kluson tuners are a perfect match...NOT... The tuner on the top is the original Kluson Deluxe off my Gibson SG. The tuner on the bottom is the so called perfect match tuner. Notice the threaded collar on the original tuner. The tuner Amazon sent me has a threadless collar that just loosely stays in the hole, with no way to screw the tuner down securely. Buyer Beware!

Not the best but they get the job done. They look great cosmetically but could use some improvements mechanically which I believe is what the Tonepros version is.

Well made classic tuning keys. Simple installation on an Epiphone ES-335 Pro. The Epi factory Kluson clones had too much play in the gears. These genuine Kluson gears are much more precise when the final turn of the tuner job is up with tension ( never tune down against the slack!). Neutral impact on the guitar's tone.
