Cajun Persuasion: A Cajun Novel (Cajun Books Book 12)

I always read this author and series for some good laughs. If I close my eyes I can almost picture in my mind the characters and world in the book. And oh my, Tate Lulu is just a hoot. I had a great great aunt who was almost as eccentric as Tate Lulu so I can relate. Sadly my aunt is no longer with us but her stories live on and are something of family legend. Aaron and Fleur seem the most reluctant people to want a relationship yet the author manages to show the reader how even the most reluctant can fall under the magic of Tate Lulu. I like how SH allows the reader to hear what is going on inside of her characters. This author always leaves me feeling light hearted.

This series of Sandra Hill'sl will make you laugh until you cry. It's not only funny, but tells a story of a woman who truly loves her family, whether they are related or not. I personally have head this series 4 times over the years. There were 3 books I didn't know existed until recently. Believe me once you read the first book, you'll love Tante Lulu as much as I do. Please don't miss the opportunity to learn about a new way of life.

Most any of Sandra's Cajun reads are good

Have waited a long time for this one. Have missed this series and Tante Lulu. It was wonderful reading a story of survival and perseverance in the times we are living in. Thank you to the author. As with the all the Cajun books they made me laugh and cry. Bonus having a whole new generation born in one book. Keep writing these stories they are fabulous.

I love her Cajun books.....And her Viking books. Well, let's just say, I love most all her genre. He's a transplant Cajun from Alaska and she's a kidnapped "soiled dove" trying for 10 years to be a nun. But Mother Superior doesn't think she should take her vows, so she sends her to Tante Lulu. And the thunderbolt takes over. Lots of humor, hot sex, a little danger, and lots of Cajun sayings. Highly recommend.

I hope she lives forever! This is a great story about Aaron. I couldn't wait for his story to come out. The story line includes sexy trade trafficking ( serious business ). There's enough usual Tate Lulu and St. Jude to make this crazy entertaining! It's great to hear about all the other lovely Cajuns! Ending is priceless!

This is the continuation of the cajun series, and it has the machniations of Tantu Lulu, and the normal zany characters. However, it falls flat, and feels like a reworking of the prior series, down to brushes with the law. Unless you are a huge Sandra Hill fan, this can be missed.

I have read all Sandra Hills books, and they are all wonderfully written. They grab you from page one. They are very funny as well. Any of her books are to be great reads. I most say the Cajun books as well as the Viking Series 2 are the very best! Start off with the, Last Viking.
