Amazon listing says this is made by Panasonic. There is no brand name on this charger. It is obviously a generic after market charger and it appears to be a misrepresentation to say that it is made by Panasonic.

Battery sits very loosely
Keep an eye on where you leave it to charge. Slight bump will slide the battery off charging contacts and you'll wake up to a battery that didn't charge. Buy the OEM one from Panasonic on their web site instead, with free shipping and no tax.

some how I must have ordered incorrectly because the charger was for a digital video camera and I have just a instant camera. It is a DMC-ZS8 Panasonic camera and the charger has two prongs and the charger I have has three and the one I have is a 2X4 flat charger not the one I received and looks more like the DE-A65BA LUMIX.
