The bracelet is unisex and one size fits all. I have GARFANTUAN wide hands but average 8 inch wrists. So, to say the least, they are difficult to get around my hands initially and to tighten a bit because of dexterity issues I have. Other than that, I highly recommend this bracelet for every day usage. You can wear it to the mall, to church, work, or on your evening walk. If you sweat a bunch like me, the forfeit wearing the bracelet to exercise, even walking on a warm Spring, Summer, or Fall day in temperate areas. I live in central Kentucky, making humidity a BIG problem. This can cause bacteria and yeast to fester on your wrists causing chaffing, rashes, and general discomfort when wearing your Rastaclat. I recommend wearing a silicone bracelet when exercising in place of your Rastaclat. But as soon as you're ready again then put your Rastaclat back on top increase your looks and good vibes ! You will have a nice addition to your collection or a great starter to one with this bracelet.
