Q: where is it made? what country?

China. Don’t buy these. They are terrible. Poor quality construction, flimsy blade and very rough teeth that do not bite into wood. I returned the one I bought.

Q: Does this come with a blade protector/sheath?

It does not come with a sheath but it does come with a narrow plastic blade protector for shipping or storage that slips onto the teeth only.

Q: Type of saw’s teeth?

I have used a season with this saw. I don't know the name of the teeth style but it has a little bow to cut wider than the blade. It is the best pruner I have ever used. Takes less effort and cuts faster than the other saws I have used, especially hard wood like Pear, Apple, etc. I have cut up to 4 inch diameter.
