Pretty much a waste of $7. This is just an unhemmed rag that is tacked closed to make a “band”. With the edges not being finished, it rolls up like a cut tee shirt (it is just a cut tee shirt). I’d send it back, but it’s not worth the effort. No problem with seller. Product shipped quickly and arrived early
