Used by a trucker. All day every day. Only issue has been charge ports breaking. Warranty well worth the money. Have had no problems replacing broken unit.

This is the first BlueTooth headset I have used that has Noise Cancellation on the Headset as well as the Microphone itself. Therefore the Caller and the person on the other end of the phone can have a conversation very clearly. Excellent. Also, the price point is better than a lot of other units on the market that do NOT have noise cancellation on the Microphone itself.

My husband loved it! He was leery of it being refurbished, but he hasn't had any problem with it. They work like new. He drives trucks so with this one its very sturdy and the quality of hearing is excellent!

The mic broke already ready that connects to the ear parts. But I fixed it with some plastic bondo. Other then that great product for the price. More comfortable then the blue parrot.

It’s an excellent product providing great sound and clarity. However, the grip is too loose because it’s falling down while talking. Besides that it’s an amazing tool of communication.
