This chair is for my girlfriend. She love it !

Bought in mid-2022, just set it up 7/2024. I know it took me so long. Anyway, there were no instructions, but it’s not that difficult to set up; really it’s nearly self-explanatory. Yet, there is this small item which I am uncertain what its purpose is. It’s roughly a one inch cylinder; I believe it goes into the tube where the seat lifts. I don’t want to try it and ruin it, so let me know if you figured that out. Moreover, I am missing parts. It seems as if the base of the foot massager is supposed to have pegs to stabilize the board. However, it’s an easy fix to find something to keep it in place; find some dowels and measure it to keep it steady. I did reach out via text to the contact on the sheet that was in the box. They responded, it was a good conversation. I forgot to ask about the what that cylinder piece is supposed to be. Finally, the quality is fair, stability is nice: all metal, comfort level: fair, and appearance is Good minus. I wouldn’t recommend it for a shop, but at home is a nice addition. It reclines, swivels, and inclines. I like the product a lot.

very dad experience with that chair，i think i missing some of part of the chair and i don't have the instuction so i can't finish the whole look and then the quailty is the bad.
