Although quickly shipped at a reasonable price the ribbon is not good. The ink quality is almost as bad as the two year old ribbon I wanted to replace. It is faded and not at all crisp. Seems like the cartridge is a bit dried out.

We had been ordering the purple ink for our office, but found that when we copied or scanned it, we couldn't see it very well on the copies. So we decided to try the red ink, which showed up much better. However, while the purple ink lasted several months, the red only lasted about a month. Not sure if maybe it was just a bad batch and the ink was already somewhat dried up when we got it, or if that's actually an issue with the red ink.

Works great in our Lathem 900E time clock. Easy to install.

The time clock ribbon replacement works perfect on our Lathem 1500E. It is easy to install and lasts a long time.
