Excellent progesterone cream! Works perfectly, has super clean ingredients, not greasy and soaks right in so I feel nothing on my skin, and lasts a long time. GREAT product!Update: May 17th, 2017: On my 3rd bottle of this. I can't say enough good things about it. Best progesterone cream out there, IMO. And I've tried almost all of them! Extremely happy with this product. My holy grail progesterone!

By recommendation from my naturopath, I have been using this cream for a month. In just one cycle, I already felt better and I suspect that my cycle will stabilize without the heaviness that I've endured since my son was born. I also feel overall better and my perimenopause weight gain has stopped. Such a simple way to balance my hormones. If I knew this was so easy and not damaging to my body, I would've asked for it a long time ago.

I've been using this product for many years, originally recommended by my naturopath. It's kept hot flashes to a minimum ... to none at all. I absolutely LOVE the pump because one pump dispenses 20 mg of natural bio-identical progesterone.This product always used to come in a clear pump so I could see exactly how much was left, so I knew when to reorder. However, the company switched over to these opaque pumps several months ago, and it's near to impossible to see how much is left. Can't begin to count how many times I've run out (in the middle of the cycle of applying it), and had to wait until the next pump arrived. Sadly, I won't be buying it anymore until they go back to the clear pumps. I've already switched to a different brand of natural bio-identical progesterone, patiently waiting for the clear pumps to return.

This product is supposed to have 90 pumps, I used it for perhaps 20, perhaps less than that and then it just stopped. I pump it and nothing will come out. I'm not sure if it's clogged or if it's empty but when I contacted the company for Support, I was told that they could not help me because I had purchased it on Amazon. I do not recommend this product.

This brand is pricey! Somebody is making a lot of money. I pay the extra because it’s a cleaner product. I can’t tolerate.genseng and I don’t know the sourcing of all the herbs and junk in the very popular Now brand.

The progesten cream was leaking in the box . It is very runney . I am on my 6 th bottle . Please send me another one ,felicia

I have suffered with horrible endometriosis pains for over 20 years. I started using this natural progesterone cream a few years ago and my endo pains have improved by 75%. It's amazing. I'm sure similar natural progesterone creams would work too, but this was the one my naturopath recommended to me. This is what worked for me: On days 5 to 14 of my cycle I used one pump before bed. I rubbed the cream on my inner thighs. On days 15-26 I used one pump in the morning and another pump before bed. That's it. It has seriously reduced my pain so much it's incredible, and I'm sad to think of all the years that I suffered with horrible endo pains. Before this, conventional drs only recommendations to me were surgery, birth control pills and pains killers......all which didn't help even close to what this cream does for me.When I first started using the progesterone cream, I only took it on days 15-26 which is the more standard treatment, since that's when the body produces progesterone, so it's seems like it would make sense. But, it didn't help with the endometriosis pains at all. In fact, when I did it this way, I started getting pains throughout the month, which I never had before. Normally my pains were just around the time of my period. So, I searched online and came across a website which said to take it for almost the whole month. I worked with my naturopath dr, we came up with this treatment, and it has really changed my life.I REALLY wish more people with endo knew about this product!

Bought this and Source Naturals Progesterone cream to replace the (2 of Progesterone (Bioidentical) 2 % Creme 2 oz. Jar - Unscented & Paraben-Free) creams that I bought for my wife back in 2011. She didn't really use it that much, but this past year her hotflashes were REALLY bad, so I convinced her to try this again. Seems to help, but only if she's consistent with it. She insists on skipping days when she feels better, and I'm struggling with getting her to understand that this is maintenance, Just like I have to shave every day, and not a quick-fix. As for other benefit claims, I have to be fair, and mention that we've also started her on MACA root pills around the same time, so I can't say what effects are from what changes. All I can say is that between the two she has more energy, less "mental fogginess", fewer hot-flashes, a bit better ability to deal with agitation, and that she has gone up 2 bra sizes and skirt sizes. Oddly, the extra size went mostly to her hips, buttocks, bust-line and a little bit to "love handles", but her weight hasn't gone up?!?!? Sounds weird, but she's feeling better and happy, and that's all that matters to me.
