DIAL MANUFACTURING 3409 Aspen Roll, 24"X24'

Very good pad a little thicker than other precut pad I have purchased. Was a little difficult to cut to size applying 2" masking tape to both sides before cutting greatly improved cutting ability cut with a pair of Kobalt Triple Cut utility multi-cutters. then removed tape when I finished cutting before I installed it in cooler.

Wotks grreat for my home brew humidifier, but it gives off a real unpleasant smell. It may go away, hopefully. It's also very hard to cut. i've used various sharp scissors, a sheet metal cutter, and a new blade in my boxcutter, and it's still hard, and quite messy. As of 3-6-18 the odor is gone, and it raises the humidity by at least 12%. It would do more if I increase the fan speed/noise. I was going to order another roll, but they bumped up the price by $12, so I may just wait until H. Depot restocks in May and get it there.

This is a much more affordable way to buy these aspen pads. My cooler had old expanded mesh cardboard pads that are less money, but nobody stocks anything local this early in the year. These do keep my greenhouse cool (why I needed them this early) and I haven't had any problems with them shedding like I've heard so much about. I'm waiting on a cooler water hook-up kit then I'll put the cooler on a timer and be all set. Arrived days earlier than expected.

Nice quality Aspen pads. Smells nice but hard to cut. I used sheet metal shears and cut in layers. Could not cut all the way through with any scissors we have in the shop. Plenty of material for next year too.

I like how this comes in a compact roll and it's a great value! I can cut it to size and store it very easily. My local store only carries 1 style and only for a Very Short time (in-season). I can get this year round! I'll but this again for sure!

This is what you want for your Cooler.. I double up the Pads in my Cooler for a 20 to 30 degree drop in Temp here in Redding California... Kept my Home at 78 degrees when it was 114 outside...
