A fun read
Twilight is going through her books one day when she realizes she has no information on the Everfree Forest. So, she gets all her friends to help write about it because they've all been there before.Twilight writes the intro detailing all the places inside it and about Nightmare Moon.Fluttershy writes about the creatures which include The Manticore (who is officially named Manny Roar), Parasprites, Ursas, Timberwolves and The Cockatrice.Applejack writes about Zecora and how they were all afraid of her at first but then became friends. She also writes about the plants and medicines such as Poison Joke, and The Seeds of Truth (cure for the Cutie Pox).Rarity writes about the Sea Serpent (who is officially named Steven Magnet) who she gave half her tail to. She doesn't like the Everfree Forest though so she doesn't want to write anymore and goes to design a dress.Pinkie Pie writes about the Mirror Pool and while she says to stay away from it she says there are other cool things in the Everfree Forest and says you should go explore.Rainbow Dash writes the outro and says if you want an adventure you should take a walk through it.It was fun to read. I wonder what they're gonna do next?

Again a Great book, but no good for Kindle Paperwhite
EDIT/Note: I returned this book for a refund after trying it on all my kindles, my fire tablet, my android tablet. It is only workable through the kindle reading app on my computer, and even then there are alignment issues. The text does not fit into the artwork where it should.Bought this for the kindle paperwhite, as it is sold in the Kindle Ebook store... but the book only fits in landscape, and the text is in all the wrong places. The layout might work for a tablet, but on my NVidia Shield the text was in the wrong place still. This seems true of other 'Welcome To' My Little Pony Titles, as I tried two of them and both had the same problem. Please, if you want to sell something for a kindle, format it for a kindle or at least put a disclaimer that it may only work on computers or something. The story itself, what we could read of it, and the artwork that did show up on the page was great. Nothing against the book or the authors/illustrators at all, solid 5 out of 5.My issue is the formatting.

A recap of the cartoon
I was hoping for more of an adventure story with a plot. It was actually an expose on different characters, and a repeat of what's in the cartoon. However, the familiarity makes for a good read-a-long book.

Fun read
This is one of my favorite episodes of MLP and this book does well to describe the different creatures and scenarios that can happen in the Everfree Forest. Great pictures and storytelling

Cute
My girls are crazy for My Little Pony and loved this book. It is written as letters from each pony about what they learned in the Everfree Forest, very cute how it is written.
