Ferrari F40 (Supercars)

I had got the sister book to this on the Testarossa to build a 1/8th model and just loved the detail that given on that car; from it's relevant predecessors, through the design and manufacturing process, to an in depth road test. Peppered throughout was background essays on Pinifarina, the test track and Ferrari itself. The F40 book was just as good, though a bit thinner with more pages dedicated the F40's forebear, the GTO, but while a bit wordy it was for sure relevant to understanding the super monster car that the F40 is and why it still is considered by many as the pinnacle of super car design and execution. Added to all of this, is many high quality images of the cars for once your are done reading and just want to leaf though and drool. If you like Ferrari and in particular, this car then I would recommend and the Testarossa is great too if you can get these books in decent shape for a like wise price.

Fantastic book. I love it and so does my 17 year old son. Very detailed and gives me even more respect for the car I have loved and desired since my childhood.
