Design is faulty, will not seal.
The adapter has too small sealing area, so o-ring(or copper washer) will not seal correctly.Compare with bigger correct sealing area on another adapter(SILVER PIC).No good, Seller must change the product.

WORTHLESS - leaks
This adapter is provided with an O ring it will not ever seal properly for a high pressure source. You can't substitute a copper sealing washer because the fit is way to sloppy. Find a part that comes with a proper metal sealing washer! !!

Didn’t work for me
I bought this product because I needed to connect an oil pressure gauge to my car in order to run a test. It was listed as being the exact size that I needed. However, when I screwed it into the car, it was somewhat of a loose fit. When I started the car, oil gushed out at a high rate, making it impossible to verify the correct oil pressure.
