Size:12 ounces Ideal for high temperature environments. Silicone Conformal Coating (422B) is a flexible finish product that provides a protective coating for printed circuit boards against moisture, corrosion, and thermal shock. It protects and insulates electrical and electronic components and assemblies, including generators, motors, transformers, relays, and solenoid coils. For spraying, liquid can be thinned using M.G. Thinner Cleaner. Thin up to one half part thinner to one part coating. Best results will be obtained by applying to thoroughly cleaned and dried parts or materials. It is essential that surfaces be free of any trace of grease or organic substances. At room temperature, the product will tack free in approximately 5-7 minutes, and full cure will be achieved in approximately 48 hours. Curing may be accelerated by applying moderate heat with either a convection oven or infrared lamps. We recommend curing in a convection oven at 65 degree C for one hour, but other temperature and time combinations can work well. Heat curing will improve the physical strength of this coating. ROHS Compliant.

Used for my RC multirotor electronics. Working great, this allows me to fly through the wet NW winter/spring. Though I don't tend to fly in extreme conditions (heavy rain/snow) I do fly in drizzle and very often landing in wet grass. Haven't had one electrical issue since adding this conformal coating. Very easy to solder through without needing to remove it first and then a quick touch up coat over new solder makes repairs simple as can be.

Easy way to waterproof electronics
Easy way to waterproof electronics, goes on smoothly and recoat time is fairly quick (~20mins). This "clear" spray is very slightly tinted with UV fluorescent dye so you can tell where it's been applied to make sure the component is fully covered. It is NOT flexible at all, if there is any flex it will form hairline cracks. Let it cure for a day (48 hours to full cure) or more before subjecting it to liquid. It weighs a lot less than PlastiDip and it's clear but it's not flexible or impact resistant like PlastiDip is.

Appears to do the job.
I used this product to weatherproof a radar detector (Escort X50) that is mounted on my motorcycle, I've ridden through a couple of mild to moderate rain storms since applying and the device is still alive.

Great product
Using this to smooth out my 3D printed projects. Works well with PLA since Acetone smoothing only works with ABS. I usually apply 4 coats, allowing 30 minutes or so between for the coats to set. Works great. I definitely recommend using this in a well ventilated area, because it does have a bit of a smell to it, but that goes away once it's had time to cure.Arrived on time, was packed well, and worked as expected.

Great stuff.
I use this to seal 3D printed PLA and ABS prints.Easy to use. looks good. Has no smell or weird look AFTER/Cures dries. As the can clearly says.... Spray in a WELL ventilated area!!Good coverage and the can tells that you can QA your spray job using an ultraviolet light too.

What the pros use
The stuff the pros use. This will protect your electronics from contamination and oxidation.I used it to coat a five foot copper bar that I'm using for a ground bus and an ESDS workstation. After shining the copper, applying this CC, it's just beautiful 6 months later.

Five Stars
Works good, dries fast. Been using it lot in our PCB production

So far so good, I have used this to coat some RC related PCB's. A blacklight would be helpful when applying to make sure you have hit the entire board as this is completely clear when dry or wet. I would recommend letting it set for at least an hour before applying the next coat. Drys pretty thin with 1 coat but definitely layers well and can get pretty thick after a few coats.
