I really like the steamer. It works well so far. The only thing I don't like is that if I let it go the full cycle before it turns itself off, it scorches it a bit on the bottom. I don't like that, so I turn it on while my Keurig is brewing and then turn it off as soon as my coffee cup is full. That seems to be okay, although it still will scorch a bit. I use 1 Tablespoon of caramel in it as well as 3 Tablespoons of protein drink. So that could be an issue. So, I still gave it 5 stars. I bought one for my daughter in law also because foam "makes her happy." :) The frother is GREAT and it heats it up nicely! It also cleans up very well. I just soak it while I drink my coffee and it's easy clean up after I'm done.

My life has forever changed. I love chai lattes in the morning. If I am out and about or driving to work, I stop at my favorite coffee shop and get one there. But with working from home, I am unable to make the trip every morning. So for the past two years I have been making my chai lattes at home, horribly. I microwaved my milk in my mug and then used a chai powder - I know. Terrible. I finally decided enough was enough and did some research. In my research findings, I found out I needed to step up my chai latte game, big time. It mentioned to buy a milk heater/frother. I have never heard of this before so I got on Amazon and started looking. I saw this one immediately and thought wow it's got some great reviews. But I never stop at that, I always look at the bad reviews too. I became skeptical. You see, I saw some people say this couldn't froth non-dairy products very well. I switch between unsweetened almond and unsweetened oat milk, whichever is on sale. So reading that this heater/frother had issues with non-dairy products was a major bummer. Someone mentioned it scorched their milk. Others said it was hard to clean. So I kept looking and noticed other products, but just kept coming back to this one. I decided to purchase this item and after my first time using it today, I will never go back to warming my milk up in the microwave. I decided to use the heat/froth option for my first go thinking it wouldn't froth that much since it was unsweetened almond milk with 2% fat. Remember this was what one reviewer mentioned. When it was finished, I went to pour it and it was the most luscious, thick froth I had ever seen. If I was looking for a more froth based drink, I would have been in heaven. But for my chai lattes, I am looking for mostly milk with a little bit of froth on top. So whomever said that non-dairy products don't froth very easily in this device are 100% wrong. So I tried it on just the heat setting and when I went to pour it was like I was at my favorite coffee shop. It was perfect. Perfectly warmed with a nice light foam on top. Yes, I am still using my stupid powder, but will be switching to steeping the chai leaves here soon once I run out of the powder. But at least half my battle of getting a wonderful homemade chai latte is complete. Anyway, this shipped super quick to me, instructions were easy to follow, the product worked beyond my expectations, and it was super easy to clean. I highly recommend this heater/frother. It's amazing.

Like new but "used" at list of purchase options for this item. It looks new to us. The box itself crushed, wrinkled but not the shipping package or this milk warmer frother. Great deal it was cheaper than brand new in an up opened box. Works terrific. Easy to clean. This is the second one we bought. This is for our travel trailer and first one for our home. Would recommend. Will buy again if needed. Good solid product. Works well.

Purchased in April 2023. Really enjoyed this frother to make lattes/cappuccinos. Worked perfectly fine up until recently (December 2024). Milk started to boil over, spilling out and creating a mess unless I was able to watch it and stop the machine just prior to it boiling over. Fast forward a few weeks of that and now it won’t start at all. Thought this product would’ve lasted longer.Pros: Easy to operate & clean / makes a nice, hot frothCons: Lasted less than 2 years, malfunctioned frequently towards the end of its life

Update: 5-15-16 Manufacture did replace the unit, did not have to pay shipping. I have my new unit for a week now and it is working. I do really love this product I will try to update if this one lasts longer then the last one.Update:4-23-16 I forgot I purchased a extended warranty with this on Amazon. So I called and they stated it is still in first year so contact manufacturer. Which I did and am waiting to find out what step is next. I do hope that the will fix or replace this unit because I did absolutely love this product. I did see another one on Amazon that was a bit bigger a 500ml which would be nice too. Depending if they fix or just credit back I might upgrade to bigger one. I will update again once this is resolved.I will have to say that I absolutely loved this product, I would have given a four star if it kept on working. It heated the milk perfectly and cleaning was supper easy. Just wipe out the inside with a wet rag and a little soap, never submerge in water like instruction say. Did not have any issues with cleaning I know some reviews stated it was hard to clean. It is really easy, if cleaned right after use, no issues. The only thing that I really have an issue with is this product stopped working for me after about 14 uses. So about a two week span of using it. It no longer would turn on, plugged in nothing lights up on display and just stopped working. I really liked this product. I would buy another one but really don't want to spend another 30 dollars, if it only works for another two weeks. I have not contacted the seller or anything with this. Still deciding if I am going to try to buy another one and see how long that lasts. If this product did continue to work I sincerely would have given this a 4 star. Easy to use, Easy to Clean and makes perfect warm milk, and if you like the froth it does that really well. Only problem is it doesn't work anymore, I do remember reading another review where the unit had stopped working as well so I hoping it is just a bad batch. I will update if I do decide to purchase another one to try and let you know if it continues to work.
