Happily surprised after reading other reviews
I read some of the reviews on this and was going to pass on it until there was a huge price drop so I grabbed one while I could. It seems like the biggest complaints from other people were..1. Poles are bent- The poles on mine were fine, as you assemble the shelf and screw the poles together they did want to bend outward a little but then when you slide each shelf on, they corrected themselves.2. The black plastic clips don't "click" together on pole or they don't fit around the pole- The black plastic clips really do not come together flush or "click" into each other and that's the point. They are basically just wedges that shelf slides and fits into snuggly. The "click" that the instructions describe is from when you squeeze the plastic clips together on the pole and slide them up or down into the divots on the pole, you will hear and feel that click. That's how they lock into place to hold the shelf.3. The wire shelves are bent- Maybe three of my wire shelves were bent a little on the ends so I just straightened them out myself.Otherwise, it was packaged really well. I noticed that the included hook rail was sideways and did rub some chrome off one of the shelves. Probably the most frustrating part of assembly happens while sliding the shelves into place. If you don't bring the corners of the shelves down just right then the black plastic clips will go flying off so you just have to be patient when doing that.I was skeptical when I placed the order but I'm happy and would buy them again at the right price.

Great value shelving!
I bought this to use as a storage space in my small office. The size of the shelving is just right to fit in a tiny corner where I needed it. If you’ve assembled wire shelves before, the assembly on this is going to be very easy. As far as the legs go they do separate into three different parts. There’s the bottom leg with levelers, the middle leg which is almost as long as the bottom leg, and an upper piece that is quite short. I believe the steel tubes are only about 3/4 of an inch thick. I did notice that the wire shelves themselves are not too sturdy. I found that if I push them with my thumbs I could bend the wires on the individual shelves. The reason I had to bend the wire shelves in the first place is because some parts of one of the shelves were slightly bent upon arrival. It was nothing major, but it was noticeable enough that I needed to bend the wires back into place. That being said, I do not have any expectations to store really heavy stuff on it. It’s mostly there to hold miscellaneous equipment and supplies for the office. I think it’s an attractive shelf, and it holds everything I need and more. For the price, it is a great value!

Light Duty Only, A bit smaller than indicated see photo
I was disappointed with this shelf- it is listed as being 24x14 but is actually a bit smaller as clearly indicated on the box (23.6x13.8) which likely wont matter to many folks but does in that the shelves are not interchangeable with other similar shelf units that are 24x14. (and I also received a Sandusky brand shelf which is not what is on the ad I ordered from) But as the size is on the box the Amazon listing should list the correct size as it does matter to some. Also it is only a very light duty shelf, it is surprisingly flimsy in comparison to any other wire/metro shelf I have (I have many- use the in business and personal), none of my other ones are this lightweight but if you only need it for light duty then it would be fine. I seriously doubt it will hold 100lbs per shelf, I dont think it could hold more than 20. (and the clips are smaller than on ohter similar shelves which some claim does not matter but can if you are trying to max out the load, they barely meet around the pole and while the weight on the shelf does bear down on it and 'lock' it into place as these do not interlock/meet on the sides again, I dont think they will bear up under 100lbs, they seem like will slip. one positive- it is a painted gray finish which looks nicer than the chrome, do not know how it will hold up. The box was damaged and there is no padding in the packaging so can get dinged up in shipping, one of the top end caps was missing off mine, possibly lost in shipping because the packaging is crap. But unlike others who were short clips, I had an extra set... so guess theirs was put in my bag! lol!

Sturdy and easy to assemble
This is just what I needed. Moved into a new house with no proper pantry in the kitchen, but an oddly placed coat closet just outside the threshold. Ordered this to put in the closet and turn it into a makeshift pantry. This was very easy to assemble, and has adjustable shelves. It is sturdy, not a single wobble, and the shelf with all my canned goods displays no signs of sagging or anything that might indicate it can't hold the weight. It fit perfectly inside the closet, with just enough room to the side of it to store my foldable side table. It left like 6-12 inches of room in front of it, so I installed a broom/mop hanger on the inside of the door, and put an over the door coat rack over top, also on the inside. The coats hide the brooms, and the extra space in front of the rack leaves room for the coats without the risk of them knocking things off the shelves when I close the door. Literally PERFECT for what I needed.

Just right for what we needed.
Was easy to assemble. The clips that are snapped around the tube/legs are not meant to completely close and the shelves slide down on the clips and that will make the clips snug. So the shelves are firmly in place. The foot-screws help to level out the unit, so it stands firmly on the floor. I like that you can place the shelves high or low, according to your needs. We are using it for kitchen appliances we use regularly, and it holds them fine. We bought some extra hooks for miscellaneous stuff. We also bought a roll of shelf-liner just to smooth out the shelves. The 24” width was perfect for our space, and it fits fine yet doesn’t look massive or closed off. This shelving using was a good choice for what we use it for, and its grey paint-coating isn’t a deal-breaker. I’d buy this again for other storage uses.
