lovin it
I was so pleased when I realized this was still available after all these years. My mother had one, probably around 1960; she saw the one my aunt had in California, and had to have one herself. I was trying to figure out how to get rid of the germy sponge on a stick in the sink, and happened to think of Dishmaster. Sure enough, it was still around. However the one I ordered first would not fit on my sink. (I had to have a plumber install it; too old to do it myself). The plumber picked out this one, and it fits perfectly. I am delighted with it.

Not your gran-ma's Dishmaster...
I ordered this for a 50's style kitchenette over my garage. Very impressed with the styling and expected a nice slice of 1960. If you think this is a 3-4 lb hunk of chromed steel, think again! It's a chintzy little faucet mechanism that you would expect to get from Lowe's for $50. With a chromed plastic shroud that - to be kind - is underwhelming. The sprayer/brush is just as chintzy. Even the knobs are lightweight chromed plastic. All for just under $300!That being said it does look nice and functions as it should. I let it sit for two month without checking it out, waiting for my cabs to be built. I waited too long to return it. Just pray that your guests don't actually find out how much you paid for it. My contractor will never let me live this down.

Works great
This is our 2nd Dishmaster and if it lasts half as long as the first one (over 30 years), we will be pleased. So far, seems just as good and love the sprayer on the sink. The other one was on the faucet itself and worked just fine also.

Easy solution to small jobs.
Replaced a 20 plus year old system. Used existing pipe connections. Was complete in less than 20 minutes.Great system!

Aesthetically nice, but low quality materials
Low quality components, all plastic material. Wouldn’t last in a household of extensive cooking and use. Plumber said they would not install it under fear of failure of materials
