Good Value
Actually was just glad to find this brand because the brand I was using went up a good bit. I take it to reduce phlegm and I see no real difference in this brand and the other. Both work pretty well and I don't find myself clearing my throat or coughing nearly as much.

Very Useful
Seems to aid in faster processing mentally, which seems to increase efficiency. Not a stimulant. If used with self awareness, it is a very useful tool. If used and not interacting with it mentally, very subtle. If used, and interacting with it mentally, very interesting and noticeable. I wish it was mind of matter, though there is some validity to the law of attraction, this seems to me benefit me a lot. Side note, can make one seem rude in determination to "get it done", as I've noticed higher doses have me ignoring social interactions, even if socially awkward, to "get it done". Perhaps over focusing on efficiency, as it seems with the mindset of this particular nootropic.

This supplement has been shown to aid health and especially aging! Easy to swallow.

Better price than most, still good quality
I've been using this product to clear some brain fog and to try and boost a bit of daily motivation (which has been reasonably successfully alongside other supplements). CDP Choline supposedly is good at crossing the Blood-Brain Barrier, as well as potentially raising uridine levels in parts of the brain. After trying another brand's CDP choline, this one has been at least just as successful, while being more reasonably priced (I've been liking Nutricost's prices in general) for capsules that seem to be effective enough. The capsule is a bit larger than the previous brand's, though not too bad (though pills are usually not difficult to swallow for me, so check the picture for reference) and doesn't leave unpleasant tastes or burps. Veggie caps are always nice as well. I would recommend this brand for CDP choline as it seems to be at least as effective as the other brand, but cheaper overall.
