Technically advanced scanner but maybe not for basic users
I had an installation problem and after contacting Technical Support who responded via Amazon email account and hence obvious to miss amongst lots of other Amazon emails asking for reviews.The scanner is now working and it is fast an efficient. The user interface for the setup is more for an advanced user as a lot of options which is great but for someone less technical a simple panel would be best with an Advanced button as it is quite confusing.
