Not the best I've used
The carry slot for fingers is shallow, so makes it difficult to move around easily, and I'm female so not like I have big hands. Even on hot setting, it's not that hot. Doesn't have a safety cut out if it's knocked over. Solid construction though, looks ok. But I wouldn't buy another. Even this refurbished model is expensive for what it is, which I suspect is just the brand name.

No tip-up cutoff
As a fan heater it is pretty good BUT it has NO tip-up cutoff so if it's knocked over it keeps running - so it's missing an important safety feature IMHO.
