I love this genuine Italian 2 lire Bee Coin! I bought the ring twice, just to have a backup. The gold plating started coming off after the first week, but I don't like that its gold plated anyway. I am looking forward to seeing it without the gold plating. I'm thinking about taking it to a jewler to have it removed.

I have very small hands and it was just too large. The size was perfect. Hated to return it

The media could not be loaded.  The pretty gold finish began to dissipate within the first two days of wear. I went to return the Ring and I missed the return deadline by one day!!! Coin is beautiful ... Finish stinks.

I absolutely love coin jewelry. I was so excited to see this beautiful piece. My middle name is Bee, so to see this great Itallian coin was all the more inticing. I asked my husband for Christmas, as he always struggles to know what to get me. It arrived and beautifully packaged. A wonderful explanations of the coin. I was familiar with the Bee symbol in Italy and Rome. The coin was stunning and just happened to be my husband's birth year, so nice little good luck. It is really high quality and I have had soooo many compliments. I love it. I was so worried about ordering a piece of jewelry from Amazon but should never have worried. It's AMAZING.

This is a beautiful ring but it is quirky. The design is hexagonal on its face and has a high profile. The first time I ordered the ring it was perfect but the person it was gifted to was unhappy with the fit and comfort. We sent it back. Shortly after that, my son asked to order another one to give to his grandmother. The second one was tarnished and very scratched up. Obviously, we returned it and order this third one. This one was great aside from a tiny blemish on the side and some wear on the coin face (lost a star on the review). The coin is genuine from 1959, so some wear exists but after about 30 days of owning it, the shine went dull and some corrosion on the coin appeared. We're trying to find a way to polish it again, but right now my son's grandmother won't wear it. Unfortunately, the problem began just past the return date.

This ring is beautiful and very well made ! I’ve worn it everyday for the last month and it looks brand new ! I went to order another one though and the price has doubled ! Grrrr
