This is a very nice screen and was delivered in good shape. I had to send the first one back because the gooseneck fitting had been damaged in the shipping process. Replacement screen was delivered quickly and I am well pleased with the product....let it roll! SHOWTIME!

Keep in mind the correct size when purchasing. The space I have it for is 58.5 inches, so I thought this was perfect. No! Will try to make it work due to being exhausted from searching.

Wanted a small screen I could easily put away when I'm not using it. This product is lightweight, low profile, and the price was right. A couple months in, I'm very happy with the purchase. Bought the hanging brackets separately based on Amazon recommendation, was able to install by myself using but it would have been easier with a second person. Probably worth nothing that sides curl in a little, not enough to affect picture quality though. Also there was an off gassing odor but it was gone in a few days.

Great product at a great price! I had a very small space in front of a window between 2 cupboards (just under 6ft across) and it took me a while to find this. This unit was a perfect fit with a simple, quality design and lightweight but sturdy construction. Mounting was a breeze straight out of the box; no assembly required. The screen itself is also of a high quality - matt white with no light bleed from behind (despite being mounted in front of a window) and totally wrinkle free. The pull down and retraction mechanism is smooth with the screen locking firmly in place at intervals. There is a very mild chemical odor when you pull down the screen that dissipates within minutes; I have it installed in my bedroom and had no issues in the enclosed space. Also came in very minimalist packaging which I appreciate. Plan to buy the same brand in a larger size for my living room.

Fantastic product. It is sturdy yet lightweight and the reflectivity is definitely much better than plain walls. I don't care what paint you use, it is not going to be better (or flatter) than using this high quality screen.Super easy to install and because it is lighter than other screens, you don't need to worry it would rip out your drywall. Any screws that can handle >20lbs will do because 20x2 = 40 lbs. This things weights under 20lb. I got them in with 2 screws into wooden stubs. Both rated for 75lb. So i'd got 150lb to hold something that's less than 20lbs. Overkill yes, but this is so lightweight, any paid of over 1.5-inch screws you use will be overkill.There is a smell when the screen roll downs, just let it air for a day or two. That isn't a bad thing because at least you know it is brand spanking new. It's like the new car smell. Used car don't have it.

The Roll-Down Pull-Down Projection Screen was working very well for about a month, then it took longer & longer to flatten the screen after each roll-up (from 15 mins to about an hour last time i used it). I contacted customer support and addressed the issue, the customer service team simply replied that it is normal to have waves & I should just leave the screen down until it gets all straighten up. I asked them “What is the point of buying a roll-down pull-down type if I have to leave it down an hour before each use??” I then requested to escalate in order to have someone to further look into this wavy issue. I have waited 2 FULL MONTHS & still receive no callback/response.I generally do NOT recommend people to buy from company with no support within warranty period!

item arrived well packaged and insulated to prevent any cracks or dents from occurring during delivery process.I had initially thought that it would require an additional set of hands to install however it was lightweight enough for me to handle alone and I'm pleased with how it looks and the ease of installation.The picture quality is quite good, I'm sure there are better screens that provide higher resolution though for what I paid I'm pleased and content enough for the quality and overall look I have received.

This is a fantastic deal for the quality of projector screen. It shipped quickly and in sturdy packaging so the screen was in perfect working order when I set it up. It looks great with my projector (I'm using it for gaming and watching stuff with my laptop) and the pull-down/up mechanism works perfectly. The only minor complaint I can think of is that when rolled down into viewing position the screen material itself emits quite a strong, plastic-y smell. I assume that will off-gas eventually with repeated use however.
