Petme Prima Durable Double Door Folding Dog Crate - Premium Pro Model w/Divider and Tray (L)

The box arrived looking fantastic, I was looking forward to getting the right sized sleeping crate for my new pup. Anyhow, I opened the box to find a box in the box, ok. Kinda a waste of material but ok. The inner box was beat up! It had been shipped to some one else, the postage tags had been torn off, it had been so obliviously re-taped up (the original tape you could see went along the seam and was cut, the new tape was not along the seam but several strips going the opposite way. Looks like a kid did it.I still need the crate so I say to myself I probably was sent a return item, ok, I'm not happy but I'll live. Then I get the crate out...There are scratches on the metal at the connecting points as if it were pre USED. Now I'm getting less happy but then I find black dog hairs in the plastic base. (My dog has short blond hair). Now I'm just totally disappointed.Normal people would return it OR clean it out. I didn't have the time for either, I had to put my dog in. He really sniffed every inch of it, confirming for me that it was previously used.The first crate I got was from the same ppl, same brand and the box was fine, the crate was new and my dog didn't sniff it at all.Here's the thing, if you sell refurbished or USED products, give us a warning so we can make an informed choice. Also previously USED products generally are sold at a discounted price. The first crate I got from them was too small to be in for more than sleep so that is why I bought this one but I'm not returning it because IT has been USED, I get it. I might sell mine on Craigslist stating its USED and I will charge less than I paid for it because it's USED.

This is a good kennel. It folds up for storage if that's an issue for you... and then it unfolds just s easily (takes about 3-5 minutes to set it up and take it back down). It comes with a divider if you have 2 smaller pets... we use it as a "crate" for our 20 lbs dog and she is SUPER comfy (a 40-50 lbs dog could fit in this just fine).The 2 door design is also nice... sometimes you need the front door and sometimes you need the side door... so it's nice to have the option.

Bought this crate for training of my 1 year Black Mouth Cur, she found a way to be Houdini and escape from it. She found a way to keep using her nose or paws how to get the latch far enough up and keep doing it until the door opened. It is not a very sturdy crate as my little trouble maker leans up against the sides when she lays down and the crate starts to bend, not huge bending, but enough to see that this crate is more ideal for toy dogs not medium or large breeds.

Overall we are very happy with this crate for our Labradoodle puppy, it has an adjustable divider that can be helpful during the potty training. The only negative is that it seems to feel a little flimsy, however it hasn't been an issue so I'm giving it 4 stars.

This is not a large dog crate yes great price and made well but it is not big I had to get another one in 6weeks when my blue heeler grew to big for it make sure you read and make sure you get the right size

I ordered the Petme Pro Folding Pet Crate Large, Item PETMEFPWC-L. I was not expecting it to be so flimsy. The gauge of the wire is much smaller than the same size crate I have made by Precision. I'll have to see how it holds out, I hope it will be sturdy enough.

Was looking for something cost effective and with quick delivery. Got both along with a nice crate. Only suggestion, don't base your purchase on the size of the dog in the photo. The dog shown in the photo of this crate is a golden retriever - our dog is an Eskie a much smaller dog and just fits well. Also recommend a little WD40 for the slide closures since without the slide is a little hard to manage.Would recommend and very glad we bought this product.

Great dog crate, but the large would not fit a lab as shown!! We have a medium sized dog who might outgrow this soon. Only about 3' long. Also, crate was hard to open after shipment, it was just supposed to fold open, but was very difficult to pry open. Like the dual doors.
