Beautyrest Zuri Reversible Faux Fur to Mink Electric Blanket, Auto Shut Off, Virtually Zero EMF, Multi Heat Setting, UL Certified, Machine Washable, Brown Throw 50x70

I was looking for a replacement for a sunbeam electric blanket I've had that eventually died. I wanted something soft and attractive without sherpa and bigger than the throws at 50x60. I like the feel and look of this a lot. But it's SUPER thin. I knew it was going to be thinner than my old one but it's too thin for my liking. The electric wiring is pretty far removed from the edges too so do don't benefit from any warmth there, which makes the useable size less. If it were thicker it wouldn't matter. Also there are only three settings and the first is hardly noticeable so there's that. So it's fine. I don't think I'd buy it again.

As someone who gets cold easily this was a literal game changer. this blanket got me through the winter and I actually saved a lot of money by not having to turn on my heater since having it. Has 3 heat settings and the highest one will actually make you hot on the coldest day!

Beautiful, comfortable and warm. Only wish the cord was a little longer, but that wouldn't stop me from purchasing again. On winter, use almost every day!

I was hesitant to order this blanket because of some of the reviews, but I loved the style and color in comparison to other Amazon options so I thought I'd give it a try. To give a little background, I am a Texan, born and raised, who recently moved to WA state. I was clearly not prepared for the weather difference, and constantly find myself freezing cold even with my heater blasting. I WAS NOT MADE TO FUNCTiON IN THESE CONDITIONS. No need to fret though y'all there's a happy ending to this story. I ordered this blanket about a week ago and I am totally and undeniably IN LOVE with this thing. It is soft and keeps me incredibly warm. Some have complained about being able to feel the wires. Yes, I can feel them. Does it make me horribly uncomfortable? Absolutely not. I'm so warm and cozy, I couldn't care less. There is even heat throughout the blanket, the controls work well, and there is a very distinct difference between all three heat settings (but I prefer high because if you didn't get it already, I do not like being cold!). I haven't had to use my heater at all since I got this blanket, so I'm assuming my electricity bill is going to decrease quite a bit as well. As for size, it does run a bit small, but it covers my whole body so I have zero complaints. Overall, I haven't had any problems, and plan on updating the review in another couple of months just for follow up. This blanket has been a dream come true and has helped this Texan gal to thaw out during a very cold PNW winter.

I already own the 50x64 wrap and love the soft reversible mink underside of that wrap. I wanted a lap throw like it, so I ordered the 50x70 throw with expectation it would have the same thick luxurious reverse side, since the product description as reversible to mink is the same for both the wrap and the throw. The throw instead has a very thin, cheap feeling velour back and kind of stiff feeling wires inside the blanket compared to the wrap. I feel ripped-off having spent approximately $67 for what seems like a cheap knock-off. I gave it 2 stars because the top is a very soft and attractive faux fur. I would have given it 5 stars if it had been as described with the same reverse fabric as my wrap.

I got this for my mom and she really loves it and the leopard print is also a plus.

This blanket is super thin, I can feel the heating cords through the material, and the heating is uneven. I’m pretty disappointed.

******SECOND FOLLOW UP*** after receiving the replacement blankie… it still died quicker than the first!!!! Long story short.. these are disposable!!!*FOLLOW UP**** I bought this in January we used it very rarely initially the first month of Feb. I just brought it out again in fall. It worked very nicely this October. I kept in plugged in behind my sofa so my daughter and I could turn it on at night and snuggle watching TV .. today I tried to turn it in and just got blinking lights. It won’t power up..guess it’s a known issue . .. Im ñot sure i want to spend the money on another one just to last a limited time although I hate to admit the cozy warmth was something incredible on fall nights.****AFTER CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE IM GETTING A REPLACEMENT BLANKET FREE OF CHARGE. VERY EASY PROCESS. Excellent customer service

Cozy and soft and long enough to cover body. Takes awhile to heat up and is a gentle heat- not really hot on high. I put it on top of my bedding for an hr on high before getting into toasty warm bed.

Nice blanket. FYI the heating area is a lot smaller than you think. Measure in 10 to 11 inches from all four edges and you will find the heated area. Would help if different colour lights for heat setting. Also controller stays warm when not on but plugged in. FYI. Would not recommend.

it's very soft, but quite expensive for what it is. got a cheaper one at costco that heats a bit more evenly and has more intuitive controls. this one is nice enough but i wouldn't buy it at this price again
