I always wanted one of these and I absolutely love this jacket. It is warm, and comfortable and is not too thick, and not a big bulky jacket. I wear it every day, and it looks great, especially with the elbow patches, which make it look classy. I find sizing is right on, and just bought another one in different color.

I purchased this for my husband as I thought it was cute. He likes it so much that he wears it all day, every day. I threatened to buy another one because I'm sick of looking at the same flannel every day. He won't let me. The fur inside is cozy and warm and very comfortable. Good quality too. A little pricy, but probably work it considering it acts as a jacket.

I bought this jacket for my future son-in-law. He loved it. I got him the Upland Plaid color in XL-Tall and he couldn't have been happier. He said it was extremely soft as well as warm and cozy. The hood is lined with berber and has Legendary signature buck snaps. It also has side pockets to keep your hands warm on cold, chilly day/nights. The jacket was a perfect size, and he was able to move around comfortably. It also has quilted leaves and durable elbow patches. He said it is the perfect jacket for where he is from up north and couldn't wait to wear it.

Warm and cozy, if a bit heavy. Nice quality. Great fit. Nice extra touches. I own several Legendery items.

While the fabrics are just about average, there are a few design details that make it stand out a bit on the fashion side. The wavy very shirt like lower line, snaps design, the leatherette elbow patches, 3piece hood with high extra snap for neck protection, these are very small and not apparent but play together well. 45 degree plaid pattern on front pockets and hood contrast. Impeccable size and placement for the side pockets, which is surprisingly rare in this type of jackets.It is not a work jacket by any means, definitely not sturdy enough, nowhere close to duck cotton jackets in that department. The outer shell probably rips rather easily, given a chance.The flannel is rather typical, although I got a feeling it is slightly softer and more pilling than usual. There is already some pilling, and there probably will be more, but nothing pill remover won't fix if it comes to that. Also, as typical for these materials, wrinkles quite easily, perhaps some gentle ironing could help.The cuffs are fitted slim, if you have large hands, chances are you may have to undo them when putting on. But it works for me, less wind in the sleeves.This jacket is rather light and is somewhere in the middle, between single layer fleece hoodie, and sherpa lined duck cotton jackets like Dickies, in terms of warmth. Perhaps mid 50s with a moderate wind at most. I don't hold it against it, it's just the weather it is for.Price is definitely a downside. Yes design has a lot of attention, but material and quality wise I don't see justification vs. the others.If you are lucky and get a copy without manufacturing defects, I'd say it's a good buy just on the style metits, assuming price is not objectionable.

My experience with this jacket. The first one I ordered came in a clear bag with a hole in the bag much like a retail store clothing clear bag, no box or amazon bag. Snaps were not snapped up or folded well. The cuffs were tight so could barely get hands through with awful cuff stitching that I could even see. The stiching on rest seemed fine. I asked for a replacement since it seems like an excellent jacket if it is put together and shipped better. The replacement so far looks perfect even the cuffs fit better. It also showed up in an amazon bag with the clear bag inside, so double bagged. Snaps were snapped all the way up and folded neatly too. Stitching looks perfect so far. Very happy now!

I'm trying to make it the entire winter without heat. With this jacket on I'm comfortable down to around 40-45F without layering; just my regular short sleeve polo underneath. I have plenty of room to layer when the temperature drops further.Unlike most flannel it's really quite thin, which I love - flannel is usually so thick and overbearing I dislike wearing it. The lining is fantastic. The hood is on the snug side compared to other jackets I have, but this actually helps a lot when it comes to trapping warmth; there's less heat loss and my head stays warmer.I'm particularly fond of the generous sizing. I'm a big guy; I'm between 2-3XL depending on manufacturer, but the 2X here was a very comfortable fit and pretty much the perfect size for me.I don't have any complaints - if anything, I wish the same jacket was available in a pattern other than plaid. Definitely going to be buying more from LW in the future!

Snaps used on this hoodie are extra heavy duty. Sherpa lining inside is nice and thick. The sleeves lining is quilted polyester. I wish there was one in Black Watch Scottish plaid which is a dark green and black and another thing would be nice is if there was also a full length zipper. Recommended.
