Bradley vs WindRider Snow Tubes
Our family loves snow tubing so we decided last year to buy snow tubes of our own. We started with the Bradley snow tube and it is a great tube, but it did leave a little to be desired compared to the tubes we had used at commercial operations, so we ended up with this snow tube. Bear with me, as this is a long overview of the pros and cons of each.Speed - The biggest difference between these tubes is the bottom. The Windrider tube has a solid plastic bottom like the ones at professional hills, whereas the Bradley tube has a fabric type bottom. From my unscientific tests of sending the tubes down empty and seeing the difference in distance we found the windrider one to go about 20% further. This difference was only really seen on a hill where the snow was well packed down and a bit icy. When the snow was soft and powdery, neither of these tubes went very fast or very far.Winner - WindRiderStorage - The biggest advantage of the soft bottom on the Bradley was when the season was over. When you are done for the year you can deflate it and pack it up into a fairly small packaged. With the windrider one we are left with still basically a full size tube that we stored in the basement. So if you have limited space for storage, the Bradley is definitely a better option.Winner – BradleyRide - In terms of ride, both are great and give you that nice soft bouncing ride you get on a snow tube vs the hard shuttering of a cheap plastic slide.Winner - TiePrice - Another difference is in price the Bradley was about $100 and the WindRider about $140Winner – BradleyTowability – We haven’t actually towed either tube behind a vehicle (we don’t have a snowmobile and it seems a bit dangerous to me), but that being said, some people do want to do that and the Bradley can’t and the Windrider can.Winner - WindRiderConclusions – Both are great tubes and which one is best depends on your situation. For us, the WindRider was definitely the better choice. We were looking for the fastest and best ride available and paying a bit of a premium was more than worth it for us.

Takes the abuse!
We had a blast this winter pulling this behind the ATV! I was worried about hitting a branch or something under the snow. There was absolutely no problem with this one! The tough base was awesome!I was worried about the stress on the sewn points where the strap attaches to the tube. So, I used a bungee cord looped around a couple of times where the pull strap attached to a rope, which was tied to the ATV. This way, the shock loads would be reduced when the rope went from slack to taut. With this configuration, there was no problem!

This is the ultimate snow tube!
We live in Minnesota and used this tonight after the snowfall. It was Awesome! Our kids, 7 and 11 thought this was the best tube we have ever used. Its deep, so they don't bounce out; its sturdy; its NOT cheap material, i can tell this will last many seasons, not like the junk we buy at Target that barely lasts one season. The material is so strong and sturdy. I am so happy we bought this, well worth it for those of us in the snow parts of the country! Don't hesitate, BUY this one!

Officially the best tube ever!
I'm an adult who happens to love sledding but has gotten too old for the hard thin sleds. I have tried tubing which I absolutely love but they usually end up popping on the second run or go too slow. So I started doing my research and found this. It is amazing! I used it all season and it is still perfect. The hard bottom made it go faster, I had several people ask me where I got the tube because it was racing down the hill where usually tubes go a little slower. The ride was smooth and fabulous, I didn't hurt my back once.

Strong Quality Affordable Snow Tube
This is definitely a solid, durable snow tube that will last multiple seasons until my kids grow older. I have another tube of the same size and caliber. The bottom of the “other tube“ is not as thick, the pull rope is not as durable and it doesn’t have a rubber pull ring. I felt comfortable pulling my 45 lbs daughter in the tube up the snow hill because the pull strap and pull ring was so durable. I couldn’t say I felt comfortable doing that with my “other snow tube”. The “other tube” cost me $40 more including the shipping. This WindRider tube on Amazon with free and fast shipping is by far a better value. The only negative I can think of is that the WindRider tube is heavier due to the thicker, stronger plastic bottom. I could feel it when I was walking up the sledding hill after the 4th run. However, this negative has positive trade offs. 1st the added weight makes this tube go faster and further down the hill than the “other snow tube”. 2nd the added durability is most likely going to increase the life span of the tube.

Durable fast and fun for everyone
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Didn’t want to spend this much but I’ve used a similar tube and thought it was great. This one did not disappoint. Great for steep hills and hills with ice, even if they are bumpy. The hard bottom and tube absorb the bumps no problem. Even on the steepest hills at high speed with bumpy terrain, we never lost control or were overturned. Very safe for younger kids. My 9 year old goes down the hill solo or with a friend seated side by side. I bring it to the hills and everyone wants to ride it.

Looks pretty durable
This is the first tube that I’ve ever bought. The bottom is pretty durable hard plastic and the fabric on top seem like pretty strong and overall it looks pretty durable. I haven’t tried yet on the snow but so far I can tell that customer service is pretty good. When Tube arrived I pump it and as you can see on the picture one side looked thicker than the other side so I called WindRider customer service and they said that they will send another inner tube to replace it with no cost. The new tube is on the way so hoping it will be not defective and we can go try it out on the snow.

This snow tube is a lot of fun on any size hill
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This snow tube is a lot of fun on any size hill. It doesn't take a large hill for kids to have fun using it, and it can really pick up speed on steeper slopes. It is definitely built to last many seasons of use.
