Great product!! My holistic doctor recommended. It tastes great with skim milk. I use it primarily before and after workouts, but also for meal replacement on some days. It sticks to my ribs better than any other meal replacement drink I have used. I received my order a day early, which was great. It’s $9 more expensive that buying from doctor, but I got it faster via Amazon. Highly recommend!

I used the cleanse program from this company and found the shakes tolerable. So I ordered this thinking it would be the same as the shake mix in the detox program, but no it is different and contains evaporated cane juice. I am dismayed that they have the ingredient list above in the description, but it is only a small portion of it.
