Excellent Product Easy Install
My experience with Veclesus was truly a pleasant one. I wish I had thought to do an unboxing video because I appreciate when they are there to help me make my decision on a purchase. The product felt VERY sturdy and well built. It is very sleek looking and comes with almost everything you need to get the job done properly. The instructions were very clear and I almost over paid for install bc I was nervous to do it myself, but bc no one could get me in for over a week I went ahead and tackled it myself and was glad I did bc it was very simple and shops were trying to charge me upwards of $129 just for install. I ran Into one issue which was a fault of my own in trying to find the positive wire on the reverse light using a voltage meter. I let the prongs slip and touch and blew a fuse and didn't know what the issue was bc there was no breakage in the fuse and my fuse tester said it was good, but turns out after replacing it, it actually wasn't good which I could tell the prongs looked burned. The best way to test is with a single pole continuity tester rather than sticking two metal prongs from a voltage meter in the reverse light socket. The camera has a very wide lense. I was able to point it downward to assure my bumper doesn't make contact with anything when I reverse and still see pretty high upward.

beautiful.
Just installed on my 2003 Mitsubishi Outlander. Easy as pie! I wanted as little wiring as possible and this fit. I noted the wireless types but they plugged into the power socket. I didn't want that hanging around my dash. This unit is powered by the backup light. Only one wire to the LCD screen and you are able to hide that wire. Beautiful color screen and it works perfect. I like the smaller screen and the ease of installation. Great product. I paid the higher price because I believe that this is a well built product.

Received a bad one... But the customer service and the replacement was great.
Received it today and I honestly think they accidentally put the wrong item in the correct box and sent it to me.First of all.. .installation is easy and it should work with any vehicle with a cigarette lighter. Just screw it to the license plate holder... Or duct tape it to your bumper... run the cables and plug in. That is it.However the one I got didn't work as advertised. The video was in black and white. The lettering and menu were in color... so I know there was nothing wrong with the monitor... just the video feed was NOT in color.Second.. the image was off. The video that I saw was in mirror image... kind of odd to look at while backing up. I played with the rotate... and the only way to get it to the correct image with the rotate function ended up with the menu letterings backwards. If I want to see the correct video.. the words of the menu items are backwards (mirrored). If I want the words normal.. .then the video is backwards. To sum up... the quality control over this camera is lacking. I'm going for a replacement and will update this review when received.UPDATE 3/29/22Received a replacement today from Amazon and as I was opening the package, I thought to myself... 'Surely, the second one couldn't be bad as well'.Well. Hooked everything up... double checked the connections... plugged it in and all I got was a blue screen with the letters 'AHD' in the upper corner.I double checked my connections, checking to confirm there were no broken pins in the plugs, made sure that they were connected in the right spot (monitor has to connect to the monitor plug and camera to the camera plug). Again... blue screen.Worked with product support and they didn't come up with anything new to try.I did try in another vehicle just in case there was something wrong with that power port in my car... got the same thing.UPDATE: 4/3/22 I connected with Customer Service and they promised to make it right. They apologized and sent another unit to me.This time it worked great. Installation is simple with these devices... just plug in at the right spots, run the cable from the camera to the cigarette lighter, and then mount the camera. After attaching everything and making faces in the camera we tested out the camera by driving around for a while. It worked great... .we even compared it to another backup camera that my son was using and this one was clearly better. To sum up, after working with Customer Service (A+) we have a great backup camera with a great picture.

WOW! That was easy. And it works GREAT!
These pics show the installation - on the upper back of the engine door on my skid steer (second pic) - and the view of it from the rear of the machine, looking through the cab rear window. In the first pic you can see the camera mounted on the engine compartment door and the viewing screen mounted at the top-center of the cab.It only took about an hour to install. The picture/view is incredible! I can see really clearly to the rear.A couple of notes-of-interest:I used silicone seal - a good bead at the top of the rear of the screen and another at the bottom to mount it. Properly prepared and held-in-place long enough for it to 'set', it's hung in there for quite a few hours of bouncing and work.I laid a couple of long 2x4's alongside my tires, stretching at least 8' behind the machine. I used a 'Sharpie' to trace the edges of the 2x4's on my viewing screen so I have an ABSOLUTE image/view of the width of the machine when I'm backing up. Yeah, the 'colored lines' that are available in the picture are okay, but they did not 'mirror' the actual external width of the traveled path.I mounted the camera on a small piece of angle iron. Skid Steers are designed with a 'smooth' and very robust engine compartment door. It is not uncommon to 'brush things' that are right behind you, as they are quite agile as they spin and turn. And there is no place below the point I mounted my camera where it would be safe from being 'wiped off.'I liked this so much, talked it up so much, and have showed it off; the installation is being featured in an article in the Farm Show magazine. A friend is ordering one for each of his skid steers, and a few other operators are considering them for their machines of different sorts.I also installed one on my pickup, and have one in the shop to install on my wife's car.I have no experience with Tech Support on them - they've been trouble-free.

Good but 1 issue
Camera / screen are fine other than the parking guide lines red/yellow/green that they say are an option, I can't turn off or get rid of. The green wire is not connected and the "car lines" in monitor settings is OFF. Lines are still there, very annoying
